Citrus Hotel Lonavala

I had a great experience staying at Citrus Hotel. The check-in was prompt and I was welcomed with a refreshing drink. The lounge food was delicious, especially the complimentary breakfast with a wide variety. The staff, especially Akash, Dev, Gaurav, and Gaurav, were polite and provided excellent service. The hotel amenities were excellent, with indoor games like table tennis and a mini theater. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. it was a value-for-money stay.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance to the main market area. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and well-maintained with a comfortable sitting area and a mini-bar. We appreciated the in-room safe and the availability of ironing facilities. The hotel also offers a range of amenities such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a beautiful garden area. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable and there was a 24-hour reception for any assistance we needed.

The rooms were spacious and had a cozy feel to them, perfect for a new year's retreat. the facility also had an outdoor pool area that we enjoyed using during our stay. the location was ideal as it was situated close to the main highway making it easy to reach. there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby which gave us the advantage of having options for places to eat and explore.

The staff at this hotel seemed to lack basic customer service skills. We encountered several issues with our room such as non-functional lights and a clogged sink.

The hotel has a good location, very near the market area and central Lonavala. the rooms are clean with all basic amenities and comfortable bedding. the staff provide prompt service and the breakfast buffet spread is decent. the toilets are clean and well maintained.

The hotel charges high rates compared to the facilities provided.
